One of the reasons I love cinematic style photography is because it captures the true emotions of my couples and it takes off the stress from wondering if you're overly posed.
I tell my couples to picture themselves as being in their own movie...how would the main characters act when they're madly in love? Would they run through a field just for fun without thinking about anything else? Would they be caught up in their own world, so infatuated with each other?
I really do think this mindset going into a session can provide the best photos.
